Hi there! I'm Kristi - Since 1999 I've been traveling the world from Alaska to South Korea (and everywhere in between) helping professionals better their best by implementing systems, scripts, and solutions in areas they feel stuck or are underperforming. My experience over the last 20+ years has been coaching, training, and motivating professionals, mostly women. I'm currently one of the co-owners of Summit Salon Business Center, the world's largest coaching and consulting company in the salon industry. After turning 50, I realized it was time to expand my life story, and God-given skills to help high performers renew their purpose, overcome limiting beliefs, and make their NEXT YEARS their BEST YEARS!

Hey everyone, I'm Tari, it's so nice to meet you! I'm passionate about helping high performers discover their purpose, set goals, and live their lives to the fullest. I've had vast professional experiences throughout my life from working in a salon as a stylist, traveling the world as a business trainer/facilitator, and most recently as a recruiter helping men and women find the careers they've always dreamed of. I'm a people person and go-getter who loves to network! It's exciting to bring faith-based workshops to the world, and I'm grateful to have this opportunity :)
