As a co-owner of Summit Salon Business Center, the world’s largest coaching and consulting company in the salon industry, I’ve spent years empowering business owners and teams to level up their success. But after turning 50, I felt a stirring in my heart—it was time to expand my impact beyond business and into something deeper.
