Meet Tari Pearce

 Hey everyone, I’m Tari! If there’s one thing you should know about me, it’s that I believe life is meant to be lived fully—on purpose and with passion. As a wife of over 30 years, a mom to five amazing kids, and a proud grandma to two sweet grandbabies, I know firsthand how precious time is. And I also know how easy it is to pour everything into work and responsibilities while putting yourself on the back burner.

I’m a natural go-getter and people person, and my career journey reflects that. From working as a stylist to traveling the world as a business trainer and facilitator, and most recently, managing a team of recruiters to help men and women land their dream careers, my heart has always been to connect, equip, and empower others to step into their full potential.

But along the way, I saw so many high achievers—people with big dreams and even bigger work ethics—struggling to find real balance, joy, and fulfillment. Kristi and I knew there had to be a better way—a space where faith and personal growth go hand in hand. That’s why we created MyLifeFull—to help people break free from burnout and build lives that feel just as good on the inside as they look on the outside. Through faith-based coaching and workshops, we’re guiding high performers toward real, lasting transformation.
